Do your products have export certificates?

A: Our products have complete export certificates: TUV/CE/ISO/ASTM/SGS, etc. This allows your park to be successfully opened in any country! We have parks of different sizes opened in the United States and Europe.

What is the price of your products?

A: Our products are all customized and there is no fixed price. You can tell us your budget and our designers can set a price for you based on your budget. I have some product prices here that I can send to you for reference.

How can you help me complete the transportation?

A: You don’t need to worry about the transportation of your products. We have many long-term professional freight forwarders. You only need to tell us your information and pay the freight and wait for the goods to arrive. If you choose to cooperate with us, we can also provide you with customs clearance information!

When is the delivery date of your products?

A: Because we expect a lot of production orders in the near future, the factory will be busy, so I need to ask the factory department first. But the normal delivery date is:

How is your after-sales service?

A: Our company has a professional after-sales service team. If the products produced by our factory have quality problems within 1 year, we will replace them for free. If the warranty period exceeds 1 year, you need to pay for it yourself, but our after-sales department will also solve the problem for you at any time.

Do you provide installation services?

A: Our company has a professional installation team. We can provide door-to-door installation services, and our engineers will not leave until the acceptance is completed. For questions about installation costs, please refer to this document (Note: A document explaining the installation costs to customers after they ask installation questions). If you install it yourself, we will also provide full English version of the installation engineering drawings/videos, and our installation team will provide timely answers when you have questions.

Where is your factory? Can I visit it?

A: Our factory is in Qingtian County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. If you want to visit us, please let us know your arrival time in advance. We will arrange staff to pick you up at the factory and our boss will directly receive you.

Do you support customization?

A: Our factory has a professional indoor and outdoor park design department, which can provide one-to-one design services for your park and create a unique park for you. I can send you some design cases later.
